1:18 am	My ATV and Me Not everybody can own an ATV and I know that I am one of the privileged few to own one. Of course the all terrain vehicle that I own now did not come to me like manna that was dropped from heaven. I did invest a lot of blood sweat and tears to be able to finally save for one and own one. It took me over a year to finally save up to buy myself a second hand all terrain vehicle. Much as I would want to own a new vehicle as it was my first purchase, I couldn't simply afford one. But was I disappointed? Never! My all terrain vehicle may be second hand but it is serving me well. It gives me joy like a brand new vehicle would. During the weekends of during holidays when I don't have to get up and go to work, you can see me with my vehicle as we maneuver the harshest terrains in my area. It does not matter if my vehicle is second hand, all that matters is that I have my very own vehicle - one that could keep me company when I want to feel the wind pushing against my face. I know that driving an all terrain vehicle is not a right but a privilege so I never abuse the privileges that has been afforded me. I take extra care every time I ride it. Never has it crossed my mind that I can just take things for granted and not use my safety gear. After all, I want to ride my vehicle for another day so I would always make sure that I am safe and the people around me are safe. Always would I wear my helmet, jacket, long sleeve, gloves and boots among others because I know that all of these safety gear are built with my safety in mind. Finally, as a responsible owner I always make sure that I obey the rules and regulations of driving. I dare not drink and drive with any hint of alcohol in my system because I love riding and I would love to ride my ATV for as long as I possibly can. (Comment on this)

For some reason holding my favorite cup in my hand calms me and it is as if it's saying that everything will turn out just right. I don't know if it is just a psychological effect or probably it can be associated to something else but it does make me feel better. A friend once told me that probably this feeling stems from the bonding I have with my friends. Whenever one of us feels down and depressed, we see each other over a cup of coffee. So maybe even if they are not there, it still feels like they are present simply because a cup of coffee says that it will be a time well spend with friends. Friends who are there for each other all the time and friends who will help keep each other up in times of difficulties and hardships. Another reason why these cups are so well loved not only by me but almost all the coffee and tea drinkers around is because it does soothe frayed and harassed nerves. Even if you are alone but if you have your favorite tea or coffee around then it seems that everything will be okay. It is comforting as it is soothing. No matter what your preference is, be it coffee or tea, and it does not matter what the blend or the brew is, but you need a cup to hold everything in, right?
